Return Policy

New and unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment. If we have shipped you the incorrect watch in error the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges will be refunded.

We are not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery or incorrect addresses supplied by the sender. To make a claim only for purchases made through DFI, please contact our customer service specialists at 1-(800) 221-1881.
